NATIONAL SERVICE AND RESPONSE CENTRE

Ducon provides fast and efficient service and support through the Nation wide network of sales and service offices.

Ducon’s web enabled remote access provides online service assistance to all systems at site from our remote link.

SITE ASSISTANCE AND FIELD SERVICE

Ducon’s Customer support Team provides start-up and operational assistance as required. Our Field Service Engineers are trained and certified in accordance with various applicable type of industry, safety requirements (OSHA), EPA Reporting and certification, and in our range of analytical instruments and CEMS.

CERTIFICATION COMPLIANCE AND TESTING

EPA compliance 40CFR60, 40CFR75 is the primary requirement of the CEMS Package and helps to keep the process under regulatory norms. Ducon Provides complete assistance in certifying the CEMS Package.

FIELD TRAINING

Plant Maintenance and Service Personnel Training is a part of our scope, to train the operators to specific needs to operate and maintain the CEMS, and also on-going orientation programs to keep abreast of the updates of our Range of Analytical Instruments and Systems.

ON-SITE MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS

Ducon’s CEMS is designed to operate with Maximum uptime, and in addition Ducon’s contract maintenance programs provides both preventive and corrective measures to address the plant’s particular requirement.
